Its youth is in its favor: Hideout is designed with its residents in mind, from infrastructure and amenities to housing types and floor plans. Hideout has been planned to offer the ultimate lifestyle experience for those who call it home.
Views and seasonality
Hideout Canyon, specifically, is located on the east beaches of Jordanelle Reservoir. This area is privy to some of the most breathtaking views in the Park City area. The Wasatch Mountain peaks look close enough to touch, with the glittering waters of the Reservoir lapping gently at your feet. Some of Utah’s most famous ski slopes can be seen from your home, including Deer Valley Resort (routinely ranked the top ski area in the U.S.) and Park City Mountain. If you want to ski like an Olympian, motivation is right at your doorstep. During ski season, the travel time from home to slope can be as little as 10 minutes!
