How we build / Phase III

Insulation, sheathing
and a cold roof.

R-23 wall insulation slows heat loss. Taped ZIP System® sheathing helps control air and water. A ventilated double roof helps keep the roof cold, reducing the melt-and-refreeze cycle that can cause ice dams.
