Shoreline Park City (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our website (“Site”), register at our model home, join a waitlist, or communicate with our sales team.
Shoreline is a GCD Communities neighborhood in Hideout, Utah. Shoreline is built by GCD Communities. Our sales team is represented by Rocklin Real Estate.

Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Personal information you voluntarily provide when you fill out a contact, registration, waitlist or realtor form: your name, email address and phone number and, depending on the form, your mailing address, your budget range, your purchase timeline, how you heard about us, whether you are working with a real estate agent and that agent’s name and brokerage, and anything you write in a message field.
- How you arrived. When you visit our marketing pages we set two first-party cookies (sl_vid and sl_ft, kept for up to two years) and record how you got here: the page you landed on, the referring site or advertising parameters in the link (utm, gclid, fbclid and similar), your device type and an approximate location derived from your IP address. These cookies load no third-party scripts and are set regardless of your cookie choice. This is what lets us measure which advertising brings visitors to the model home. If you submit a form, that visit history is linked to your inquiry.
- Usage data collected automatically by our hosting provider, including your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in ordinary server logs.
- Owner surveys. If you buy a home and complete one of our owner surveys, we collect your responses, your mailing address and gift-card preference, and whether you allow us to publish a testimonial.

Third-Party Analytics & Advertising
We do not currently load third-party analytics or advertising scripts on the Site. If we add them, they will load only after you allow analytics or marketing cookies through the cookie banner, and this section will name them.
Separately from any script, and only if you allowed marketing cookies, an inquiry that followed a click on one of our advertisements may be reported back to the advertising platform (Google Ads or Meta) as a conversion so we can tell which advertising works. Meta receives hashed identifiers, not your raw contact details.
