A few things to know

Can I visit without an appointment?

Yes. Stop by Monday–Saturday, 11am–5pm. There is no need to call ahead. Tour the Skyline model and talk with our team about the homes you like. If you are out of state, ask for a video tour of the model and neighborhood.

What is available in Phase III?

Availability changes as homes sell. The Phase III map shows which homes are available, which are future releases and which is the model home, and our sales team keeps it current. Confirm a specific home with us before you decide.

When is Phase IV coming?

The first release is anticipated in early 2027. Designs and timing are preliminary and may change. Join the Phase IV release list for announcements about homes, prices and availability.

Are Phase III and Phase IV the same homes?

No. Phase III has two-level twinhomes. The Vista and Skyline have main-floor living; the Peak has its living floor one flight above the garage. The Outlook is sold out. Phase IV introduces six new townhome designs across several levels, each with a rooftop deck.
