Main-floor living / Vista and Skyline
In the Vista and Skyline plans, the garage, primary bedroom, kitchen, dining and living rooms are on the main level. Lower levels provide more bedrooms and gathering space, so visiting family and friends have room of their own. These are multilevel homes; review each plan for stairs and entry access.

Community amenities
The 2.5-acre park has an aspen grove, walking paths and places to sit. A village center with a clubhouse and pool is planned for partway through Phase IV. Its design and details are preliminary. Building it later allows more homeowners to share the cost and helps avoid a large increase in HOA dues for the first owners.
