Who are Quality Builders?
In a time where home builders often cut corners on things such as customer service and warranty work, Quality Builders Warranty recognizes companies that go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. Quality Builders Warranty corporation is a national ten-year new home warranty program that enrolls builders of the highest skill and integrity. Members are reviewed on regular basis to ensure their continued dedication to their customers and quality. From this group, only a select few nationwide receive the “Builder of Integrity” award.
About the Award
GCD Communities is honored to receive the 2019 Builder of Integrity Award. This award acknowledges our commitment to excellence through customer service and quality construction. Another key item reviewed by Quality Builders Warranty is the builder’s activity compared to the number or complaints we’ve received. Builders who do over 25 homes annually must have less than a 3% complaint ratio, GCD is proud to have 0.5%.
